We collect the details you provide in the quote form: name, company if given, phone number, email address, town or postcode and your description of the project.

We also collect technical information through web analytics, such as pages visited and approximate location. This only happens if you consent to analytics cookies.

Why we process the data

The data is used to answer your request, provide a quote and carry out a possible delivery. The legal basis is legitimate interest and performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to business are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Data linked to a completed delivery is kept for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires.

Sharing of data

We never sell personal data. Data may be shared with suppliers that help us run the business, for example email, customer management and hosting systems. They process the data on our behalf.

Your rights
